No sunshine outside today! Just snow and clouds. Thank you for the kinds words, though, for me and Paul. We are doing well. We have our three dogs, Kojo, Bika and Jabu who are our kids. We got Bika in California from a dog rescue Group.

I always felt bad that we didn't let you know we came out there. We moved there in 2003 for a job offer I got - it turned out to be a bad experience and my health really took a nose dive. I had triple bypass heart surgery there in 2005. We were so stressed out even though Paul had a really great job. I guess the city has become too much for me and I'm a smaller town girl these days. I wanted to move back to Iowa where living was more manageable. So when you called we were in the middle of some pretty big challenges with work and my health.

Your mom was so sweet to call and leave a message wishing God's blessings for us. Please tell me about your mom. I think of her often and have wanted to write her. I think I remember the address 2122 Quesada or something like that. How is Beverly and Annette? And I want to hear about Julian and of course about you! Are you married or in a relationship? What have you been doing all these past few years? Your new site sounds exciting. I always wondered how to sell on ebay.
