Good question but hard to answer since "not at all technical" means different things to different people.

If you've never set up a site and don't understand some of the basics, Mike's included his "Jump Start Newbie Marketing Videos" in the video section. These 47 videos explain things like: "Registering your domain name", "Using FTP to upload files
from your computer to your web host providers server", several on HTML and a lot of other things.

If you've had a site online but never installed a script package his installation video walks you through the process.

And if you've installed scripts before he has a PDF ebook that gives an overview of the site administration and 10 videos that cover things like "Main Template Design" and "Setting Memberships, Prices, and Commissions."

Mike's tried to include enough information so everyone can use it however that doesn't mean everyone will understand everything.

While I haven't used this software package I have installed and used a smaller version of a similar package. I found the customization of the site to be the hardest part and the package I was using didn't include any instruction videos on how to do it like Mike has.

I will tell you the software package is big and looks intimidating. However, like I said, Mike has tried to put in enough video information to help everyone use it.

Do his videos answer all your questions?

Without knowing the questions - I don't know.
